Arrange repayment of a credit balance

 is this legitimate? I've not been with sky in well over a year -!: then I get this email out of the blue.

It is legit @ChristineNxx81 as has been confirmed on here. You have been sent this email as Sky are unable to repay you the credit that was left on your Sky account as there are no payment details in place on the account. If you have not moved address since you left then call Sky on the number quoted and they were then send you a cheque.
