Applying for a sky holiday plan

I'm trying to apply for a sky holiday plan, as I have been in a car crash and am signed off work, so only getting ssp, Can anyone help me, I would really appreciate it 🙏🙏😁x

It's called a payment holiday and only applies to Sky Glass and Mobile subscriptions.
