Am I paying twice

I am paying for Sky entertainment with Netflix and also for Netflix Standard. Am I paying twice for Netflix?

It appears you might be as it is the ultimate package that comes with Netflix access as per this:

 

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
