I moved house a long time ago and took a chance that plugging in the Equipment in the new place would work - "It Did"
The premise was that I would be living in this house Short Term, hence not saying anything, but then My parents needed to move therefore they came to stay with me. Subsequently I had to move out but decided I would leave the equipment with them as they use SKY more than me.
I did not mention anything to SKY about the move because it worked at the time, but as it happens in time one forgets this has not been done. What is the best way to go about updating the Address of the location of the SKY Equipment? Any help would be highly appreciated, just need to get this updated with as little fuss as possible, and hopefully without getting into trouble as well.
Thank You

You haven't said what Sky subscription you have or equipment you just plugged in. You need to notify Sky asap as you've breached the T's and C's by using the equipment at an address that isn't the account address.
Call Customer Services when the lines reopen by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn't allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky numbers.
All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
