All items not showing on MySky app

Since adding sky broadband and a sim only package onto my sky tv package and contract phone, all items have now disappeared from my sky app, meaning I can't look at any of their details etc. All it is showing is my recently added contract phone but nothing else. The email/contact number for all items are the same so I don't understand why they are not showing. How can I fix this?

Your broadband, your phone and TV accounts should all be linked to your main Sky ID so are you signed in with this main ID ?

Yes I only have one sky ID, but only the phone contract is showing

I would cdontact Sky about this on 150 from your mobile that has the Sky sim in it so they can take a look at this for you.
