Hi I Don t know why I have £579 to pay for my mobile phone because sky mobile wasn t working in that area also TV £63 we haven t got connexion from you in Canterbury please cancel amicable our agreement .Thank you my phone no

You can't cancel a device agreement (other than the initial cooling off period).  You have to keep paying until the credit is cleared.

 

Have you withheld payment?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
