Advance Payment
I just paid the full amount remaining on my credit agreement. What am I to expect now? Is the credit agreement finished now? Can I expect to go on "my bills" section and see something like "You have no bills" anymore?

Hi @ManSalah Hopefully you did that by contacting Sky, or there is a risk that they will see it as just a credit and not to pay off your agreement. Obviously Sunday is a bank holiday, you may have to wait for it to clear.

Any payment correctly made won't necessarily by processed until Tuesday as tomorrow is a bank holiday in the UK.
Did you call Sky to make this payment or did you just make a manual payment which, as @MightyQuinn indicated has likely just gone onto your Sky account as a credit?

I just made the payment online. I understand the payment will take time to show on my account.
Do I need to call sky about this so they can end the contract? What is their number please as there is no way to get in touch with them online.
