Admin fee

Hi I have renewed my new agreement with you and was told that as part of the tv and broadband deal I wouldn't be paying an admin fee, after looking at the next bill due on the 28th of this month it is saying I will be paying £20 in total for tv and broadband. Please can this be removed as the person I spoke too over the phone ensured that I wouldn't be paying this, thankyou

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

If you were told the fee wasn't going to be applied check future bills to see if the amount has been credited back otherwise you'll need to contact Sky again. They can listen back on your call to confirm what was said and agreed to.
