Adding name to account
Has anyone managed to add a second name (spouse) to their account? I can only find how to amend my name.

You can't - a Sky account can only be registered in one name.

As long as your spouse knows the telephone password they can speak to Sky on your behalf however they won't be able to cancel any part of your subscription.
