Hi,
I have Sky Q, multiroom, cinema and signature. I contacted Sky re my Sky Q being out of contract, and was talked in getting Sky Glass, (43'') as the only way to keep my bill low and keep what I already have, even though I did not want a new TV! I now find out all I needed was Sky puck! Anyway back to the case in hand, after my order for Glass was done I was told that I would receive an email with a link to my credit agreement, no email arrived. I tried to sign my credit agrrement via the Sky app but all it did was tell me to follow the email link - as I did not receive an email there was no link to follow. My order was then cancelled. I contacted Sky again, went through the whole process again, placed the same order for sky glass, paid another £20 and was told to wait for the credit agreement email and then follow the link in the email to sign it. Once again no email, so am unable to sign the contract
I then looked at my bill and for 1 Sept bill - I have been charged 4 times for Sky signature amounting to £111.77, 3 times of ultimate TV add on (£21.61) 4 times for sky cinema ( £58.23) and 3 times for multiscreen making a total of £201.70. I I will also receive a bill for Sky glass/streaming! I cannot afford that even if I do eventually get it back. My usual monthly bill (in contract) was around £68 - I undertstood my payment in Sept would be higher as I switching over the Sky Glass but £163 on top pf my usual monthly payment is outragous.
I feel totally misled, Sky streaming via pucks, was all I needed but Sky glass have no need for a new TV. Today trying to speak with anyone via the phone is nigh on impossible. I will have to cancel Sky altogther if the Sept bill remains at £201. I want to cancel my order for Sky Glass, although it will be cancelled anyway as I have not received the email with the credit agreement and take streaming via pucks and the TV package equivalent to what I already have. I have been a customer of Sky for 20 years, usually things are pretty easy and straighforward but this is causing no end of stress not to mention hardship. Come on Sky help me out here and sort this me......PLEASE

Without seeing the bill it is impossible to say for certain what has happened so if you want feel free to post an image of this bill but if you do then blank out your account and credit agreement numbers.
No matter what you do from here going forward you will need to talk to Sky and phoning will be the way to cancel everything if this is what you want to do.
