Hi
Just placed an order for Sky Broadband to move away from BT. The BT contract eaxpiry date is the 2nd of March 2025 but the Sky confirmation activation date is the 17th February. Does this mean I will be paying BT for the remaining 2 weeks approx plus the Sky cost?
Hope that makes sense

Hi @spindrift63ph Either way BT will charge you for a full month, but will probably refund you afterwards for the two weeks. This is normal, do not cancel your direct debit.
