I recently cancelled Disney Plus but have now restarted. I ordered on MySky. It requires me to reactivate on Sky.com but whenever i try it says there is a problem - seems to be technical. Net can't watch anything!!

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thank you - very helpful and have logged the Sky helpline number form a SKY mobile. I have just managed to get sorted by phoning Disney who were extremely helpful. They actually guided me through the SKY activation - something SKY could and should have done. Anyway - glad it is all resolved now
