I want to cancel the account and remove my personal data and from the card because I made a mistake. Thanks

@VanesaRicci you've posted in a forum for Sky Yahoo Mail issues. You haven't emailed Sky. Give Sky a call.

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

 

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
