I have all bill up to date but once i check to new photne on display message shows your service is block because of outstanding balance and ℹ check my all bill is up to date

Hi @Tusharp   Have you made a manual payment? If you have then it does not stop the automatic collection which could have been created upto 14 days before the payment date.

If you have made a manual payment then that might have been added to your account as a credit rather than paying that bill and if that has happened then that is why you are seeing the message about an outstanding bill so what actually shows on your account regarding this:
