Not a previous customer - Order was cancelled - now wish to join shortly with new customer offers

I did try to join you in October 2023 but I cancelled due to the delays with getting a fibre connection into the property

I would like to try again as a new customer to get the best offers, please can you cancel the old account/open this up as I am not a  previous customer as the order was cancelled.

As we are customers here who help each other @DarrenC_ to talk to Sky you will need to call them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
