I couldn't pay my bill as I lost my job. But I'm working again now so can I have it switched back on as my TV stream too. As I've set up a payment method for 19th January so bill will be payed in full then

Sky won't accept a promise to pay: the balance needs to be cleared and a new method put in place before service is restored.

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid, if you have an outstanding amount on it now then it has to be paid now before your services are restored.

But it will be paid on the 19th January as I'm working now. So it will definitely be paid in full. Its only a month away. Please it's for kids???

I am a customer like you but this is how things works as Sky does not give us customers free access to their services if bills are not paid.

It's an automated process, I'm afraid. Once your services have been restricted, the only way to get them reinstated is to pay the outstanding amount.
