Account restricted

I just ordered my sky stream and now I cant access my account getting a restricted message, when looking at my orders it tell me to contact sky about my account

Are you new to Sky or upgrading to Sky Stream, if the later were you given a new acciunt number since you placed the order ?

Yeah so I'm new to sky this is the first time I've ordered sky so not sure why its saying restricted
