Account reinstatement
I paid my bill late but is upto date now when I use the cirtual assistant link to reinstate the account it says account reinstated but it is not I have tried changing the the payment to card payment but it comes up with something went wrong please try later

Give Sky a call if you are able to.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
