Account not authorised to access the My Sky app
Hi,
getting a message that I cannot access the My Sky app - says account is not authorised. Anyone seen this? Tried app reinstall - changed password too.
please help!!

Has it been working up to now and if it has been have you recently made any changes to your account like moving from Sky Q to Glass or Stream ?

If you are logged in with your usual main Sky ID then all you can do is to contact Sky about this, if you don't want to call you could send them a message via one of their social media channels as there are links at the bottom of this page you can use.

I'm having the same problem, all very well saying contact Sky but how?? Can't find a number anywhere!

You will have to contact Sky about this so the number might be visible at the end of the help flow:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
