Account locked

Hi all..

My account was locked for months and couldn't sign in with my email. 

Luckily I had added another email before the issue occurred but was unable to make changes or manage the account.

After reading other reviews about people having to call back repeatedly and were lucky enough to get the right person who could fix the issue. I tried this but was unable to get someone who could help and was always frustrated.

I filled out an online form to delete my sky ID and provided the correct username. The sky team deleted and unlinked my email ect..

I was able to register again with the email and now everything was sorted. No more locked account issue and have full control to manage account and make changes..
