Account locked

I cant sign into my account, and haven't been able to for a few months,

I'm stuck out of Contract and paying a small fortune,

I've called, I've Emailed multiple times and still can't get into my account,

 

I finally emailed to cancel it all as I've had enough, and they sent me a link to verify myself... need to log in, and cant because the account is locked, promised a few call backs... no call back,

I've lost my faith in their abysmal customer service I need my account unlocked so I can sign in and sort my subscriptions

Sky will be able to help you unlock your account if you call them. I've done it several times.

This one worked this time, I had tried it before but the password reset would never work, but this time finally it did

I have rang sky multiple times and asked for my Sky ID to be unlocked. 

I have been told that they cannot do that. I have been promised call backs and have not received one call back. I changed my email over the phone in April but I can't remember if I verified it.. I explained this on the phone and still get told no ma'am we can't help with that. I am on day 11 with no TV because no can help. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm in contract and will have to pay for a service I can't access.

Mayde I am not understanding here but why does a locked ID mean you can't access your Sky Tv service, do you have Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream ?

I have Sky Glass. I can't put the 6 digit activation code in because I can't log into my sky id account. It is asking for my Eircode which is not being accepted. It has happened since sky glass went down on 19th September

Did Sky say why they can't unlock your SkyID?
