Account incorrect name

How do I get sky to get my details correct on my account wrong first name on the account wrong date of birth cant get security correct because of this and sky have promiseed to call back never do 27 years with account and cant get anayone to help come on sky fix this

If it's a simple typo it should be fairly easy for an agent to amend as per this guidance

completly the wrong first name and they say they are not able to change the name without talking to the account holder who does not exsist.

If you are the account holder then you clearly do exsist or are you saying that this as someone else's account ?
