Account in credit - how do I get a refund?

I cancelled my Sky broadband and TV 2 months ago. My account is in credit but there is no information on when this will be refunded or how to speak to anyone about it.

You'll have to call Sky to request it.  Navigate through the help to get a number (Under Need more help?) https://www.sky.com/help 

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
