The account holder left the address 18 months ago and is no longer contactable, however the bill was paid from my bank account. I now need to cancel sky but cannot do this as I am not the account holder.
Help!

That is correct, only the account holder can cancel. You can cancel the payment method as you are not responsible for it.

If contact can be made with the account holder (perhaps through mutual friends) it would save more problems.
