Account holder left home, no longer contactable - the bill is paid from my DD, how do i cancel sky?

The account holder left the address 18 months ago and is no longer contactable, however the bill was paid from my bank account.  I now need to cancel sky but cannot do this as I am not the account holder.

 

Help!

That is correct, only the account holder can cancel.  You can cancel the payment method as you are not responsible for it.

If you cancel the payment method then Sky should contact the account holder about this.

Be aware that the only address Sky will have for the account holder will be yours so any letters from Sky, or eventually a debt collection agency, will be sent to your home. 

If contact can be made with the account holder (perhaps through mutual friends) it would save more problems.
