Account credit

I have received compensation from Sky which has been added to my account as credit, but I would prefer the money as a cash refund. How do I request this to be actioned?

@FayeP2717

It won't be 'cash'.

You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but auto compensation is usually credited to your Sky Broadband/Talk account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.

@FayeP2717  Compensation cannot usually be credited to a bank account unless the sky account has been closed

you would have to contact sky and ask about the possibility of a bank transfer but don't be surprised if sky aren't willing to entertain it
