Account cancelled

Anyone else got there account completely cancelled after giving notice? I gave notice 3 months before end date because I was sorting out equipment malfunction and thought I'd save myself the trouble in ringing back in 2 months so I could do the usual haggle. Asked for the telephone call in which they have said I asked for complete cancellation but couldn't find the employers id as I was transferred to another department which didn't happen, I have heard nothing back now and asking  3 times that my services would continue till October 7th with my phone call being 2nd June and told yes it would. Anyway they are sending me a box to return my equipment as my contract can't be reinstated because of offers that don't apply anymore. Laughable that they don't want my business being a customer of over 12 years. No problem I'm sure more will do the same with this level of incompetence.
