Account cancellation soon

Why is my account still showing as suspended when i haven't missed a payment in 2 1/2 years .

Dont get no new offers and have asked for several months to change but nothing deleted app and re installed  no change so must be at skys end . TIME TO CANCEL SOON

Does it say it is suspended or restricted ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
