Account arrears

I've had a message to say my account is in arrears and my package restricted. I'm actually £1.50 in credit so I don't know why I've been cut off! Thanks.

Did you make a manual payment? If you have a direct debit or automated card payment set up (you should do) your manual payment has probably gone towards next month's bill leaving your current bill unpaid, if the automated payment failed.
