My account has been suspended due to my first bill being late as I didn't know when the payment was due and can't pay the £12 until this Friday 30th December

Find out moreWhen you pay it you will also need to setup a payment method like a direct debit or a debit or credit card, once you have done this and the payment has been cleared then within a few days your service should be restored, it will not be done until you have done this.
