Account Restrictions

Hi, My page is restricted but i've paid my phone bill? and it's saying due still.. and have £89 on credit so i'm a bit confused? can someone help please.

This sounds like an issue with your online account only so can you confirm you are seeing the restricted message when trying to view your online account and the billing ?

no, i'm trying to get an ipad but when i go into the store it says restricted so i'm a bit confused it's really annoying.
