Hi, I changed my email address via my online Sky account a couple of months ago, however I am still receiving marketing emails/Sky VIP emails etc to the old email address. I've been into my account and looked through every single option and my new email address is always showing. How can I ensure no emails from Sky are going to my old email address and come to my new one? Thanks

If you still have access to the old email address then could you redirect any emails from Sky to the new one ?

Thanks, but really?! How bad can a system be that you can't update email addresses across all aspects of a customers records?
As for forwarding, it would work for a month or two but then the email account will be closed forever and no forwarding possible.
