Hi,
I've been trying to complete a Sky Mobile purchase but keep receiving the same error message when I sign into my account - "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account."
I currently have TV and Broadband and when I first set my account up it appeared I had 2 accounts which didn't make sense as I was a brand new customer. This caused issues when first using sky stream. I'd been told the accounts had been merged together but it looks like this is still causing issues.
I've tried all channels and can't find the right number to call. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
