My Phone was stolen abroad and i've ordered a new phone and replacement sim all i need to do is activate it. When i go to do that it says my account is in a restricted state and to call a number for help. I can't call as i have no sim card, i can't find an email anywhere and they're ai chat feature is down at the moment. Can anyone provide or email or advise me what to do. Thanks
