Account History or Billing History

Hi folks. Anyone know where to find or how to access account or billing history. I'm being billed for Sky Kids and I don't remember setting that up. Our kids are 30+ and have never lived with us here. Yo ho ho.

You can see a years worth of previous bill via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk/previous

 

Was this added if you made anu changes to your TV account in the past ?

Since moving here I haven't made any changes so it's just appeared out of nowhere... 🤔 Thanks for your help with history 😁

All you can do is to contact Sky and request that it is cancelled, 31 days notice will be required to do this:
