Account Email requires updating

I need to change the email on my account, but there is an account already set up in this other email. I have access to both and the one with the email I want has no active products or subscriptions, so I would like to close this account so on the other I can switch the email to the one I need.

If there is a way to transfer the product to this other account, that is also an option I am open to.

If the account has no products or services on it then just login to it and remove the email address from it which should then allow you to use it with this other account you have.
