Accessing vip sky rewards

I've not been able to access my vip rewards for a while, I've tried logging into my account on the browser, deleting and re downloading the app and restarting my device multiple times as well as trying to sign in on a different device. Is there a way for me to get access a different way, or resolve the issue?

What happens when you try using the MySky app?

It prompts me to find out more then join, after that I press view my rewards and it takes me back to the find out more page.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
