Accessing Invoice

Hi, I'm logged into my account, but when I click on 'My Orders' it comes up with an error message. I need a copy of my latest bill for my accounts. Please could you arrange for this to be sent. Thanks. Kirsten

It won't be in My Orders. There's a separate Bills section in your online account.

When I click on that, it says this page is restricted?

First, are you logging in with the correct Sky ID? If so, it's an issue regularly reported here, which Sky will need to put right for you. 

 

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish, after you've checked your SkyID.?
