jul 100 had to call to be sorted !!
aug 37.76
sept/oct £69 🥳🥳🥳
nov-march £68 🤔
April-Oct 75.50. (Was told slight increase in April)
nov 78.00 😳😳😳😳😳😳
try and get a clear English speaking explanation where is my 18 month fixed !!!! More chance of winning the lottery, was told by a sky person over the phone this is the way it is 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 had enough they are a disgrace

Re: Sky TV CHARGE WHAT THEY LIKE WHEN THEY LIKE
Fixed rate contracts is not something Sky do and all subscriptions are subject to discounts ending and the annual price increases.

The 18 months contractual minimum term you agreed in June 2023 is coming to an end. Remember you're billed a month in advance. When your contract ends, your discounts expire and the price you pay reverts to the standard list price. Looks like that's what's starting to happen.

You should not have been advised of a fixed monthly cost: that's almost never the case.

Yes, the annual increase would have taken effect from April 1st, as defined in the contract terms.

December 2024 (as billed in November '24) would be 18 months on from June 2023. Contracts are almost never 'fixed price', but usually have a fixed percentage discount within the initial minimum term before reverting to list price unless a new minimum term (which would now be for 24 months) is negotiated.
