Access denied!!

Hi

Im a Sky VIP and am looked into the My Sky App. When I go to the VIP section and then rewards, click on free global roaming, it states "access denied" Could someone help please?

What level of VIP are you?

Free global roaming is for Diamond members.

It certainly worked for me last week at Amsterdam Schipol Airport.

Although the app might not be working you do need access to it for the free roaming as you will not be charged the £ daily fee if you go to one of the 120 countries where this applies.

As for the access on the app, are you using a VPN or if you have an iphone, the private relay function ?

I can access the app. I can access the VIP section. It's when I click on the free global roaming for Diamond members, that's when it says access denied.

Perhaps be aware this 'reward' doesn't require you to do anything for it to be valid.

You don't need to purchase this as you don't do not have to do anything as there is no claim involved.

£2 roaming is automatically activated in any applicable country, and then discounted to £0 for Diamond VIPs: for current Sky Mobile customers there's nothing to purchase.

Perhaps note it's not actually 'global', and the 25GB data limit is already catching people out.

There certainly isn't any requirement to click on a link to activate Free Global Roaming.
