About the refund after shifting my broadband

Hi there, I shifted my broadband from Sky to the other provider 5 weeks ago. However, the automatic payment has collected 46 pounds from my bank account. I wonder if I can have refund for that although the shift happens 3 days after the collection.

As you pay in advance you'll very likely be due a refund. Do you see a credit yet on your Sky account?

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can request a refund via a private online chat, if you wish?

I think I can wait for several days because it appears on the bill of June (though the shift is on May). If I don't receive any refund by this weekend, I'll leave a message here for proceeding to the messaging team. Many thanks.
