About payment

It auto payment on 01.03.2025 £21 not successful, so I make a payment on 04.03.2025 for £26, but today(17.03.2025)service cut me off so I pay £31 to reconnect service, in payment I can't see I paid £26 on 04.03.2025

Is your bill now up to date so that nothing is owed against it, have you also setup your monthly payment method again as this will need doing if you are yet to do this.
