About my bill

I woke up to realise that you have took £246.60p out of my account i can not afford this ans dont know why its like this its took every penny out of my account I have heart problems and am highly stressed about this situation as I was under the influence of medication and stuff I also have adhd and autism and its making me highly stressed I dont know how I am going to live as I dont get paid for another week

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

£246 seems very high for a months bill. Compare this bill to a previous one to see where it differs. Was last months bill paid? What dates does this bill cover?
