About my bill

Hi,I want to know something from you. Few days ago I paid some money to you. For that you are not taking direct debit from my account. Now I want to know, when that amount will be finish how you'll take money from me.!

Your post isn't very clear but in case you’re not already aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

Are you saying that for some reason the direct debit hasn't been taken, if so what is your billing date and what does it say here about your bill:
