About my Package subscription

It's saying u have no active subscription is that because I have to wait for my television then get it all set up first! After doing so can I then go on to my app and apply and ask for adds free actually at a extra costs make some upgrades to my package as I have selected basic but I want adds free now

Your telling other customers here - not Sky.

 

You'll have to give a bit more info if you want some help here - or call Sky...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If your TV service has yet to be activated then it might be why you are seeing this message so it might be worth waiting brilliant it has been before getting ads free activated on your account.

Before I make add more Channels, and go add free with my sky glass TV to upgrade my package, do I have to wait now till I set up my television??

@Wesl basically yes once the TV is activated you should be able to manage your account. Ad Free (note on some services ads are skipped on others you need to fast forward) is often bundled in free for a period. You cannot skip ads on linear channels.
