About bill

Hi, I am wondering if my bill has been paid or not cause on app it says paid but nothing is showing on bank account yet so could u tell me what's happening please the direct debit date is today

As customers we can't see your account or bills. Don't be tempted to make any manual payments though.

If it says it is paid via your Sky account then it is in the process of being taken so in a day or two your bank account will update to show it has been paid,
