I never received my 12 digit account number when setting up my new account. I've had this confirmed by an advisor who also told me he couldn't send me my account number. I can't link my account using my payment card for some reason and I can't change my payment card to try another one without first linking my accounts. No one seems to be able to help. Very frustrating and difficult for no reason

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Have you set up your Sky account online? The account number should be shown on all correspondence from Sky & should show on your bills.
Not too sure if you'd need the number to set this up though as it's been a while but worth looking into.
