During a call to Sky on 25 Feb to report an issue with multi room box I also discussed costs of packages I was informed that a £20 admin fee would be applied. This seems to have been duplicated on my account, each charge shows twice with a total of £40, not £20.
Please update my account so that the charges listed in error are removed before next payment date of 11 Mar.
