A payment

I paid my bill on Saturday the 8th November yet you are still trying to take the payment

Not us as we are customers on here like you.

 

This is happened as you have made an unnecessary manual payment as Sky required us all to have a payment menthod setup so they can take the payment automatically which is what they are doing with you so they take this and then you should see a credit for the  payment you made that you can call Sky to ask them to refund or leave it so it is used to pay your next bill.
