When I joined in August, I was promised a £60 Tesco voucher in November. What date will I receive this please?

Sky have made it known that the call centres are busy at the moment so it's possible you may be on hold for a time.

As we don't know the specifics of your deal, in this circumstance i would suggest you calling sky.
If you are a sky talk/broadband/mobile customer you can just dial 150 and you will get through.

Thanks for reply but 150 doesn't connect on my phone. I only resorted to this as Sky make it so difficult to find a phone number to call them
