I had a different email address when I first signed up for Sky mobile but I no longer have access to that email address. I'm trying to change it on the app but every time I try I get a message saying error please try later, this is always the case. How can I change it?

It isn't possible to change whatever you use as a login to your account as this is just a username so if it is an email address that you no longer use then it does not matter as all it is doing is logging you into your account so this can not be changed.
If you also have the same email address registered as a recovery/household one then you can change this so is this what you are trying to do ?

I was trying to make sure I didn't have any communications going to a dead email address but if it's just a log in then it shouldn't be an issue. Strange that there's an option in the settings on the app to change it though, maybe the error is because my other email is already registered as a recovery one. Thanks
